1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST.

2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. You may smoke on the screened in porch only.50.00 Cleaning charge if smoking occurs inside.

3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.$ 200.00 fine if found and they are not allowed at Kingston Plantation. 

4. IF THERE IS DAMAGE OR THEFT YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED RETAIL FOR COST AND ALL OTHER LEGAL ACTION WILL BE USED FOR RETAIL COST REPAYMENT.

5. CANCELLATIONS/PAYMENT: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. You SHOULD purchase travel insurance separately (www.InsureMyTrip.com)
 Payment is due 100% upon reservation with no refund.

6. INCLUSIVE FEES? Rates include a one-time linen-towel Set up, Phone ,Internet and in room safe. 

7. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE? While linens and bath towels Are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. A full size washer and dryer are in the unit.

8. PARKING: Passes are given at security gate. Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense.

9. Must be over 21 to make Reservation and payment will not be returned in case of Minors in room without adult age 21 or over. No Party or excessive people(over 10) in room .Loud noise that disturbs other guests is not permitted and you will be leaving with out refund.10. I hereby give permission to charge my credit card if I make a reservation.

10. The person using the credit card must be the person staying in the room.
